- KYC Documents: Retained for 5 years after account closure or the last transaction, whichever is later, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Transaction Records: Financial transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with financial record-keeping requirements.

Where data processing is based on your consent (e.g. marketing emails), you can withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

10 Children's Privacy — Strict 18+ Policy
BetRupee's platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and above. BetRupee does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. Age verification is a mandatory step before any real-money account activity is permitted.
If BetRupee discovers or is notified that a user under the age of 18 has registered an account or submitted personal data, the account will be immediately suspended. All personal data related to that account will be deleted, and any funds in the account will be returned to the payment method from which they were deposited, where this is technically possible.
