BetRupee Terms and Conditions — Your Complete Player Agreement

1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BetRupee. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and BetRupee. By accessing or using any part of the BetRupee platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or simply browsing the site — you confirm that you have read these terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

2 Eligibility — Who Can Use BetRupee

To register and use a BetRupee account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of a current employee of BetRupee or any of its affiliated companies or gaming providers.

• You must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

BetRupee reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player cannot satisfactorily demonstrate eligibility, BetRupee may suspend or close the account and withhold any funds pending investigation. Age verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed on every BetRupee account.

3 Account Registration & Player Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one BetRupee account. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a family member's name, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. BetRupee employs technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all related accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. BetRupee is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.

Your BetRupee account credentials — username and password — are personal and confidential. You must not share access with any other person. BetRupee is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure.

BetRupee accounts are for personal use only. You may not use your account for business purposes, act as an agent for any third party, or transfer your account or any funds in it to another person.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

BetRupee accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa card, and Mastercard. All transactions on BetRupee are processed in PKR — no currency conversion is applied at any stage.

The minimum deposit on BetRupee is Rs 200. There is no maximum on standard deposits, though limits may apply to specific payment methods based on the respective provider's own rules. Deposits are typically credited to your BetRupee account within minutes of a successful transaction.

• Deposits must be made from accounts or payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• BetRupee does not charge any fees for processing deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposits must clear anti-money laundering checks before gameplay or withdrawals are permitted on significant amounts.
• Failed deposits should be reported to BetRupee support immediately with transaction reference numbers. Do not attempt the same deposit multiple times without confirming the first attempt failed.

BetRupee reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for large deposits. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement, not a reflection of any suspicion. Providing requested documentation promptly will ensure your account and funds are not delayed.

5 Withdrawals — Processing, Limits & Verification

BetRupee is committed to fast withdrawals. Verified accounts can expect Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals to complete within 5 minutes of approval. IBFT bank transfers typically process within 30 to 60 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.

Before any withdrawal is processed, BetRupee is required to verify the player's identity under our KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations. This typically involves providing a copy of a valid CNIC or passport, and may include proof of payment method ownership. Players who have not completed KYC will not be able to process withdrawals.

• Withdrawals must be made to accounts or wallets registered in the player's own name — the same name as the BetRupee account.
• BetRupee does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the specific bonus claimed.
• BetRupee may request additional verification documents for large withdrawals or where a pattern of unusual activity is detected.
• Withdrawals requested outside business hours are still processed — BetRupee's payment processing operates 24/7.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

BetRupee offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated clearly in the individual bonus offer. The general bonus principles below apply to all BetRupee promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds on BetRupee must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the offer details. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only unless stated otherwise.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players who meet the stated conditions. BetRupee reserves the right to exclude players from specific promotions for any reason, including previous bonus abuse.
• Time Limits: All BetRupee bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonuses and associated winnings not used within the stated timeframe will be removed from the account automatically.

7 Game Rules, Fairness & Technical Issues

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetRupee and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where they are found to have occurred:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Operating more than one BetRupee account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the BetRupee platform in any way — including but not limited to auto-betting, card counting programs, and pattern exploitation scripts.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any bugs discovered must be reported to BetRupee support immediately. Players who exploit known bugs will have all winnings from those sessions voided.
• Money laundering — using BetRupee as a mechanism to process or conceal funds from illegal activities.
• Bonus abuse, including creating accounts under different identities to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, arbitrage betting, and systematic low-risk wagering designed purely to meet bonus wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes with payment providers relating to genuine BetRupee transactions.

10 Account Suspension, Closure & Fund Return

BetRupee reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the player's own request.

Where an account is closed by BetRupee due to a player's breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If it is determined that the breach did not result in financial harm to BetRupee or other players, remaining funds may be returned at BetRupee's discretion after deducting any bonus funds.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily should contact BetRupee support. Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method. Bonus funds are not returned on voluntary account closure.

11 Privacy, Data Protection & Security

BetRupee processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using BetRupee, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

In brief, BetRupee collects the information necessary to operate your account (name, contact details, date of birth, payment information) and uses it for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and communication. BetRupee does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, licensing authorities, and fraud prevention services strictly as required.

If you disagree with any update to these terms, you should immediately stop using BetRupee and contact support to request account closure and balance withdrawal.

These Terms and Conditions, together with BetRupee's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BetRupee with respect to your use of the platform. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
